Add button for off "Chapter Language Filter"

If the manga doesn't have a translation in a certain language, then the manga is there, but the chapters aren't. I want to see something in the manga without having to go into settings to disable the language filter. Please add a button to see chapters in all languages. Sorry if the text looks broken and weird, translator is my everything.

Hmm, we used to have that early on in v5 and removed it because it confused people (there was a « x chapters hidden due to your filters » message or similar). Ofc that could be seen as UX fault though, and maybe that’s fine with some more thought of what it should looklike.

Maybe if should read as, "Temporary remove language filter for this title. Your settings not changed." Then reload the browser page. No confusion because you immediately see the result.
