Yeah. I feel like she sent a pout (jealous) emoji because of akazaki, and akazaki made a move on mc exactly after mc and sis did it, probably heard sis say hirokazu's name (ch1 p11) while listening in and got jealous as well. I interpret the ending as a harem ending, both girls competing for mc's attention, probably even a tricyle in the future. Easy 10/10.
