yes the "Hero" is a dumb ass thats jealous & sees only his actions as just but, you sure as hell wouldn't be cool if the girls you cared for suddenly start fawning for someone else, and not just talking about Kaori...

(especially with how MC always goes off about not caring about them, but saving them out of obligation to another)

also they kinda make it clear that the class knew how Kouki felt about Kaori and (Ponytail Kendo Trope girl), the problem was "Hero" thought it was basically set that they would be together always without trying to make they're relationship move past friends, and Shizuku didn't even try to just tell him she didn't felt that way about him, even though the group saw Kouki falling deeper into despair/madness.

just felt the author forced that part of the story (Shizuku parts) to fit to a big fight at the end...

its still not cucking she was already in love with hajime in the original world.
You can write à book and still using wrong Word.
If we think like you its mean hajime cucked kaori with Yue in the first place but not its not how its works

the problem nagumo didnt want the demon guy got desperate since he also out of ammo after fight with noint, say if nagumo kill necro girl there the demon might think nagumo will also attack them when they going to retreat, they its better for them to die in glory of battle in the name of their god to inflict as many injury as they can rather than retreat here for regroup while feared to be attacked from behind
remember those demon also a zealot that ready to sacrifice their self in the name of their god after all

guys, hear me out.

now that she got a new body, it means she could do anything that she wanted without worrying about permanent changes like wound, damage and if possible 'pregnancy' .

Kaori is now basically freed to any physical and moral burden. her fragile former body is stored safely by MC and any reckless action or anything horrible happened to her can be easily healed and she can just return when she's satisfied.

what I'm trying to say is..... doujin author or artists please do your magic!

Don't worry, she wasn't tied by such meager burdens to begin with.
What she got a perk of experience its all more than once.

Mostly at least. The 'Hero' was having problems even before MC start to steal his childhood-friends. Even back in Japan. Its just a straw that break a camel's back.
