Ichita is the actual correct name spelling. It’s just one of those unusually uncommon names (think”Smythe” instead of “Smith”)

The furigana(the hiragana next to Kanji that identifies how the word is read) for the name is Ichita, not Ishida. The previous "translator", the one who suddenly reappeared after 3 months just a few hours ago, uses Machine Translation, so they went with whatever output they got from their MTL rather than checking the source material for the actual name.
