Award Winning Tag

I'm curious about how this tag works
I apologize if this has been explained before

I've just discovered this article about manga award
So, is the MD tag only applied to the 1st winner? Or is the 20 titles are all winners and the tag should be applied to all 20 of them?

Also, is it possible to specify which award a manga won in the description?
So far I only know 2 manga award, the one in the article and the Osamu Tezuka Cultural Prize

I also don't really know how that tag works, but I once saw nominees getting tags too, so I tag those too.

"kono manga ga sugoi" is also a pretty big one, you can put it in the description if you want, but I'm too lazy to do that. There are some manga that specifies the award in the description iirc
