Ban discussion of depiction of minors in chapter discussion threads

It is very frustrating to see every thread derailed by people who discuss over the morality of depicting minors in sexual situations. Since it is legal in Japan, it results in questions of morality. The tone of the conversation is very emotionally charged, there is no real dialogue and just buries any actual discussion of the chapter.

If people want to talk about this topic, then a separate thread or mega-thread should be made in the forums.

first of all, report button exist for a reason.
also, its useless getting your opinion on others, so just ignore it, report then move on.
