Why did you reupload Ch5 of Bishuu Gyakuten Sekai de Chiryoushi Yattemasu under a random group name?

The credits page for chapter 5 seemed modified. I re-uploaded it with the original one. https://desuarchive.org/a/thread/260645338
It wasn't really a random group name, but the /a/nonymous one (used for the previous 4 chapters) since it was dumped on /a/. I really only put that one there for consistency, mainly just wanted to upload chapter 6.
