This is so strange. This series seems to be trying to develop the plot into the direction of "We can change the view of society" which isn't inherently wrong, however the fact that it seems to include interspecies relationships to me is pretty gross.

The Herbivores and Carnivores can coexist thing I really like, but having a possibly sexual relationship between Luis and Juno or Legoshi and Haru (Luis and Haru even) I can't really bring myself to like, even as fiction.

Relations between species will result in hybrids, which is wrong. Best case scenario is that their offsprings will be infertile, worst case scenario is that they'll have horrible mutations/deformities. This isn't a dog mixing-like situation, but a cat/dog situation.

So unless they only want to be together and not establish actual families, then I can only hope that Legoshi and Haru will not end up together

@WaspyWasp with real animals its usually the case that animals are too genetically different (like a rabbit and wolf or wolf and deer for example) they simply wont be able to breed at all the same is likely true for these animals since they're still so genetically distinct
