Wholesome scene dan LEWD handholding, and finally, the next chapter bathing together at the onsen
I am glad the happy couple are bonding more and more. At least with her hips, she should safely give birth when the time comes.
It was more to capture and extract information, unless you mean by the kid- in which case nullifying and disarming are good enough for him, since he's turned into somewhat of a pacifist, it seems.Shouldn't have hesitated. Douche nozzle was more then happy to attack you and your's. So he lost ability to complain with his hypocrisy.
Then she will have someone to remember him by.That’s assuming if Tōjurō can survive theviolent ravagingSnu Snu.

thank you for translation
Mixed, of course.

IDK, at some point I just don't value information from mass murderers and individuals hell bent on genocide. I mean sure it might lead me to others of their ilk, but just as likely lead to the mad ravings of a lunatic and self inflicted emotional damage to my sanity. It was more to capture and extract information, unless you mean by the kid- in which case nullifying and disarming are good enough for him, since he's turned into somewhat of a pacifist, it seems.
Seems you have a deeper understanding of the characters then presented in the manga, guessing you've read the wn/Ln. So can only concede the point about killing Jashid.I wouldn’t really call it hypocrisy. Tōjurō so far has never attacked humans, though Jashid clearly has no problem doing it.
From the very beginning, Tōjurō has always been true to himself. He may protect or pacify anomalies from time to time, but he’s not afraid to kick an anomaly’s ass or even kill them to defend humans, other anomalies, and especially his friends.
As far as dealing with Jashid is concerned, he could tell Jashid relied too heavily on technology, and didn’t display any form of combat skills or supernatural powers. It would’ve been a one sided fist fight. He probably didn’t feel comfortable with beating up or killing essentially an unarmed man. Assuming if Tōjurō knows that Jashid is a fellow EXORZ exorcist, he might be hesitant to take things too far, it might land him in hot water with EXORZ; once again, Jashid didn’t give a single fuck, but neither did Quatre.
I do wholeheartedly agree with you that Tōjurō still should’ve kicked Jashid’s ass for good measure.

That being said, if Tōjurō felt he was dealing with someone so weak, it would have been much simpler to just knock the asshat out and continue questioning after they were stripped and secured.
True the cliché of battlefield interrogations is just as common irl as it is in fiction, but Tōjurō didn't even have Jashid in custody before he started asking questions. That's not even a rookie mistake, it's just pure unadulterated incompetence.

So no, I don't think pacifism is an option when dealing with a ideologically divergent faction who use wanton violence and mass murder to achieve the ideal society. Sometimes it's just better to remove a threat, then suffer thrue their madness.
That's the thing, there will always be a wide spectrum of ideologies inside any thinking community ranging from malevolent, to benign, to benevolent. Humans and practically every race or species irl and in fiction exhibits this factor. So it's become a bit of a pet peeve when a race or species as a whole get labeled evil in need of removal.I’m actually the Translator for this manga, Law. Translating manga can make you pretty observant about the plot, and characters. I don’t think there’s a web or light novel for this series.
I guess he felt disarming Jashid, and threatening him would’ve been enough; plus, he had Behemoth backing him up. You’re absolutely right, he should’ve tied up or immobilized Jashid if he planned on interrogating him. I suppose making rookie mistakes like that is part of the reason why Suzune chose to make Tōjurō a teenager instead of an adult.
Jashid seemed obsessed with turning anomalies into slave weapons. His goal isn’t necessarily about killing them, he just wants to make them die fighting for EXORZ’s, humanity’s cause against their will. Essentially using Anomalies/Yōkai like Pokémon. That is war. So far we don’t know how many Yōkai were kidnapped by Jashid’s Creepypasta army, much less what became of them. As we’ve learned from Tama in Chapter 12, Creepypastas also emit a curse that drives Yōkai insane as it gradually weakens them to death. Creepypastas are beginning to look more like modern day golems.
One could argue that Jashid, and other exorcists like him are completely justified. It’s an undeniable fact that some Anomalies have been antagonizing humanity before and after EXORZ’s inception. We don’t know how many EXORZ agents died in the line of duty. How effective or ineffective EXORZ’s weapons, and combat capabilities are against Anomalies. Perhaps fighting fire with fire is the best course of action. Jashid and his CO(s) probably feel they’re doing what’s best for the sake of humanity’s survival against these powerful mythological threats.
