Yep. He gets a 3 times multiplier when he's at 1 hp...which thanks to his cursed item, is always at 1hp.
so every point in luck is actually 3 points instead. Again, assuming he always gets 20 stat points per level, he's getting 60 points if he invests it all in luck.
He's probably looking at mid/late-game stat point totals at the level he's at now.

My guess is that the boss is probably powered by AI in order to respond to conversation.

P.s the bow string is clipping through the avatar bust in page 10. You can easily tell that her bust sticks out further than bow string, thus if it were IRL it would end in a rather painful experience.
