It's a version of SRS that has been around for a very, very long time. It is also the
worst kind of SRS operation (in my opinion). I'd of hoped procedures pioneered by Dr Suporn (yes thats actually his name, I laughed too) would have taken off in thailand. It doesnt use intestinal extentions and has very good results because scrotum tissue is identical to vaginal wall tissue and when treated properly even develops its own mucus layer (vaginal moisture). It also required the patient to have not had their testicles removed already. This was like... 15 years ago, too. There's also a newer technique pioneered by an american trans doctor whose name escapes me at the moment that
even relocates the nerve clusters to the proper locations! IE: you get a g-spot and/or a sensitive cervix.
