with this kind of story, it's a shame that the art is rather round for character (implying youthfulness, instead of supposed maturity).
But it's kinda fun too, like Made in Abyss's artstyle but with more context and some fun adult stuff.
I think if the manga had no nut scene (maybe replace with a table for two deep thinkers, epic twist shogi round, duo raid hard boss gaming session or intellectually tactical chess battle) it's just gonna feel like Made in Abyss.
Weird thing is, even if we replace the 69 content with masochist abuse enjoyer getting barraged with slaps and punches it's still kinda work. ofc damages to the body part that is less noticeable, like chest, back, or stomach area. Hell even just make her miraculously healed up just work, but then it will loses it's tense atmosphere.
The point of this nut content is just relieve of stress, can be changed to anything that worked out so long it can relieve stress. It's just that the author decided to bring romance and nut desire up to the table when he cook this.
My opinion is entirely based on ch 1-4's context, so maybe it's gonna be differently fit in the future chapters. Hell maybe I might be wrong about this.

Masochist girl is a psychology major for sureee because I am and I can do kind of explain their manipulation, azumi would normally get cognitive dissonance by MC giving her stick and carrot to train her, but since she is trapped with nothing but her thoughts and enemies she is forced to face her reality head on with (her attempting to connect and bothering MC) his power as masochist girl said is this false hierarchy and it’s pretty funny how he didn’t understand what she said before TWICE when she said the biggest ego will be the one attacked and standing out and that person is naturally the male person him men’s ego are the biggest and his is naturally the plot point here I mean she literally said a few chapters ago azumi has low self esteem that’s…that’s a low ego. It’s a pretty good manipulation trick that unfortunately only works when you are in a closed environment where you’re forced to face your realities instead of playing your delusions fully. Azumi had a Freudian slip when she apologized to him they’re putting in overtime
