Can't edit/report chapters without invoking keyboard shortcuts

It's frustrating to try and report a missing group or edit in a chapter name, only to get whisked to the next page because I pressed A or D. I assume that this isn't intended behaviour. This happens on both Firefox and Chrome.

This still happens when using the search bar (though it's at least constrained to longstrip mode).
