Don't tease a rape scene and then give me this weak stuff. I want screams of emotional pain and suffering, utter self-loathing as he ejaculates as a matter of involuntary physical response, but hates himself ever so for doing it; he feels forever dirtied by the act; he can no longer face the world, forever traumatized and descending into darkness, that he spirals into a cycle of abuse and rapes another, thus continues it evermore.

Instead we get this fluffy stuff.

I since found out it's a translation error. How naïve I was before learning a measure of Japanese myself. I've since re-read this title in Japanese and many things I remembered that were awkward or made no sense are due to translation errors. There's another big one later where the translation says something like “I'm in love with this man!” and no one further remarks upon that love declaration and far later down the line an actual love declaration follows, feeling like a retcon, because the actual lines are closer in meaning to “I dearly love him!”.

In this case, a verb is used that can mean “rape” in certain contexts but it's more like “violate” or “ravish” in English in this case in that it implies very rough sex but not necessarily rape. That's why it sounds so extremely weird for someone to announce he's rape someone else here. I would've chosen something like “I'm going fuck your brains out now.” which better matches the tone of the verb.
