For those who are curious, @jdrake7766 is referring to how the grenades still have their spoons attached. In a normal situation, after pulling the pin, the spoon would fly off igniting the powder within. If you still have the spoon, you can reinsert the pin like nothing happened.

They're aquiring a lot of land, but they really aren't bothering to stabilize the region. In a realistic situation this would lead to trouble but I doubt it for the Mary and Gary Stu patrol.

Judging by the shape those were Mk 2 pineapple grenades. But I am not sure Mk2 can disintegrate their targets like this or leave such a large crater.

@kisato

True, rapid growth can be a recipe for trouble, however they already have Nobel’s they can rely on by awarding that land as new territory to them, and just indicate they need to follow the “new rules”.

@bogdan6222

The problem is we don’t know much about how they where manufactured “in this world”. Is it like Lute in Gunota reproducing gunpowder by storing small bits of magical power? Another method, or simply by using the same old tried and true mechanics of our world... we can only assume until the story says otherwise.

We just saw a little girl run down a cruise missile a few chapters ago, the grenade is the least of this series' ridiculousness.

After all this series is some low budget adaptation of the adventures of Mr Chunni Machiavelli and his ubermensch creating the fucking Islamic State of Skyrim.

Ain't the lever on the grenade supposed to flip once the pin is taken out?

@chattyhu with all the comments about the grenades and politics, i'm glad that there is someone like this guy saw what is missing from the last few chapters and knows what this manga needs more. Lol.

TBH Drifters is better they actually needed time to make black powder even put into detail what materials they need (like sulfur and shit,like actual shit) do they even have volcanoes near the area in this manga?

you feel dumb reading this

They gloss over a lot of the finer details hoping you'll let it by you with the whole premise of them being god-like entities from the get-go.
It's kind of my annoyance with this series. Who is the opponent that would match them? Like the closest we've gotten is that maybe the Business genius decides to betray the Prime Minister.
But that's literally it.

It gets a little boring watching them just roll over everyone. Maybe it'll change in the future.

I have to put my drinking game on hold, the same person keeps calling the MC Hitler every chapter. I don't plan on needing my stomach pumped tonight.
