I'm a bit lost here. When Monica brings up the apartment she says the rent is "10 a month." 10 what?
Allen replies with 100 thousand. Huh? How is he getting from 10 to 100k? Then he compares the prize to shabby apartments, which are 60-70k and makes the connection that Monica's apartment offer at 100k could be a bargain? How is he getting that conclusion?

I know it won't matter because The Guild's translations stop about 8 chapters from now, but the excessive obvious translator notes are getting annoying.

Like on page 3 there's a note to say that the fate he's talking about is the game scenario. Yeah. We know. It's the entire thrust of the story. We don't need to be reminded of it. There are other ones too that aren't reminders but are explanations of things that are really obvious and don't need to be explained. But it's also not done in a way that makes me think it's for a joke/meme.

Hi, Cantonese-American here. It's the numbering system for Japanese (as well as Chinese and some other Asian cultures). The Roman numbering system that most of us are used to has a new numerical unit (thousand, million, billion, etc) every three decimal places. The Japanese numbering system has a new numerical unit every 4 decimal places. The words for hundred thousand translates to "ten ten-thousand", ten million translates to "thousand ten-thousand", and then there's a new word for hundred million.
If you're not used to it then it's pretty confusing. I'm quite used to it and it's still confusing lmao.

Unironically, I think the master would be great for the mother.
1) He’s a adventurer, so he can teach Allen and protect them if need be
2) He’s retired so he’s not going to get into dangerous situations in adventuring
3) He’s seems to have a lot of stories so he could be good for chatting while Allen is away.
