It probably was unfinished like this in the magazine release. Deadlines, it happens. Much of the time it would be properly finished for the volume release at least, but that won't necessarily have any impact on a scanlation unless someone feels like going back and working on it a second time.

Why is what's on mangadex so weird and unfixed, dynasty has the volume version that wasn't unfinished, they don't have that one wierd chapter that was randomly and very poorly translated by someone else. Very odd.
