At least the MC's newest mech has those uniquely-shaped wings/cannons, and the butler is the only one with a tauric frame, so we can identify those.

But yeah, trying to tell which mech is which without the benefit of color is arse. Definitely a point against the manga.

Generally stories with mechas in a medieval environment tend to be similar, both in terms of the story itself and the design of the mechas.

They really need to do something to tell the reader who is doing what to who.

just recently they introduced flying mechs then instantly the enemy also has one that looks exactly the same as all the others, the Mc's might be the only one thats different with its f all wings

Linne Carlo better not count on Yuuta and the Mushou Iron Knights (translator's note: mushou means unparalleled). They are free mercenaries travelling from country to country, as it suits them. On the other hand, I do wonder if Yuuta can take that mecha with him. It's a national treasure, so the kingdom ought to be extremely loath to hand it over, even if they haven't got anyone capable of piloting it. That being said, they owe a whole lot to Yuuta. The usurper prince wasted a massive amount of money and assets, which might be hard to recover, yet the kingdom will need to fork over an astronomical reward to Mushou Iron Knights. I hope the foolish author bothers to address these issues.
