If it's not your creation, then it's not allowed here, on MangaDex.
As rule 1.1 stated:

"Only manga, manhwa, manhua, or doujinshi and webcomics of the aforementioned categories are allowed. Exceptions can be made, but contact staff beforehand."

Unless you link the raw in Japanese/Chinese/Korean, then this would be listed as comic, as the original language is English. And I'm sure 4chan doesn't have that.

Edit: bonus rule 2.1:

"Scans of official releases or webcomics from official sources, such as original releases (raws) or officially translated releases, are not allowed to be uploaded."

Even if you count this as webcomic, the language is original, not translation. And it's not your creation, so you can't use [User Created] format either.

@bi7r contact moderator to edit and/or make an exception. I'm not one, I'm just one of a fews that has [User Created] as excluded in tag filter, so it's kinda annoying seeing people making new entries popping up without categorizing properly, that's all.
