Data Saver and MD@Home

Looks like this is fixed now as the MD@Home clients were updated.

When "Data Saver" and "Turn on MD@Home" are used together, images that are being loaded from MD@Home all result in "failed to load" error.

Turning off either "Data Saver" or "Turn on MD@Home" results in the images loading again.

Here's an example:

For the following manga

With "Data Saver" turned on and "Turn on MD@Home" turned on the following fails to load with a HTTP ERROR 404:

With "Data Saver" turned off and "Turn on MD@Home" kept on, the image loads fine:

"MD@Home" on is default so people with "Data Saver" on will get above error.

I didn't have data saver on and was still getting that error. Had to turn off MD@Home to get older chapters to load. A more prominent toggle for MD@Home would be nice so you can just flip it on and off for chapters that it doesn't work for. Unless I'm in the minority with this problem or it being addressed and will be a none issues soon.

@AbyssalMonkey I'm well aware. Things haven't been built up to that point yet, and with how the reader handles fetching chapter data, I'm going to have to make some non-trivial changes to get things working.

This isn't done yet.

I'm not sure if this related to Data saver and MD@home being turned on together or not, but sometimes in a rare chance, i got a broken image that persist even after i reload the page. The broken image also comes with several version, one time i got a badly pixelated image where the pixel got overlayed on top each other, and another time some or all section of the image just filled with pixelated black/grey color and white lines. though, the image load fine and normally when i reloaded with one of the feature turned off
