They are actually quite a bit different. Hair's adjusted, cleavage is different, head ribbon placement is adjusted, body ribbon is at a different angle, shadow on the neck is at a different angle, and so on.

It wasn't a great Manga but I kept reading that one because learning about Japan's weird gun laws was pretty fun and the .5s staring the goddess were absolute gold. Seriously, I'd read the shit out of a spin-off staring the goddess balancing overseeing a Japanese isekai guy and working in a small town American gun store, getting drunk with her manager after work, interacting with eccentric locals, etc.
