It's bridging to later chapters but still underwhelming that, a literal mustache-twirling nepotist showed up made the less useful MC almost pointless. Corpo ACAB in this story has one exception and she has about ten braincells. Not like she could do nothing about her partner being dissected but no one else did a thing, and the outcome was so pointlessly fast.

At least we're starting to get discussion of the butchered victims in the law's eyes.
