I can see a crow being bad news for a kitten. However, an adult cat could be many times heavier than a crow, so I doubt they would bother, aside from pestering a cat, possibly.
@Kaarme Actually, japanese crows are larger than crows seen in North America and I think they’re also a bit more aggressive. Plus Tora doesn’t seem like she’s a heavy cat (considering that Kuro said they can barely afford finding food for themselves.) so it makes some sense if she got a injury or two.
@Goukenslayer So what? I never said anything about that, so how can I be wrong? I was talking about weight. Birds weight next to nothing, at least the flying kind of birds. Otherwise they wouldn't fly. The bird species that chose to stop flying can be somewhat heavier (and often somewhat more extinct). A crow's body mass is a fraction of a healthy adult cat's. Of course a cat that grew up starving is another matter, but the cat would still be much heavier if it's alive. You need to look at monsters like eagles to start beating cats. Of all land animals cats are nature's perfected killing machines, so an intelligent bird like a crow would think twice before going further than the usual pestering they often practice for laughs.
