There's nothing weird about a kid being embarrassed by their mom showing sex appeal. Also Nicole is a young girl that is lacking in development, staring at the chest of her well endowed mother. Everyone can just assume it's some combination of her being embarrassed, as well as envy and expectation of her own future development. Her being attracted to her mother is pretty far from the assumptions people are likely to make.

For those curious about Nicole's secret about her being the reincarnation of Reid and how long this secret lasts, read the spoilers below: (This is based on the WN, we have no idea currently if the author changed these details when adapting to LN or manga.)

Nicole aka Reid almost fails to keep the secret thanks to Maxwell. Maxwell finds out VERY quickly after Cortina takes the girls to the hot springs and Nicole using some illusion magic to look like old self Reid and solves an incident there and saving Cortina. When they come back, Nicole almost drowns during swimming class. After waking up and seeing Maxwell, she talks with him. Maxwell basically nonchalantly gets Nicole to answer as her old self Reid. Nicole/Reid panics and wonders how and Maxwell points out that after Maria casted the reincarnation spell and the evidence involved, the only candidates that meet the required age were either Nicole, Michelle or Retina, and since Nicole was the only one out of sight, it was easy to deduce that Nicole is Reid.

Then after she gets blackmailed a bit, Maxwell joins in on keeping the secret despite wondering WHY go through all the trouble for? He also wonders why Reid is so worried about being outcasted. It's also noted that Cortina is very in a maiden in love mode after seeing Reid again.

At some point, Cortina gives a potion to Lyell and Maria to extend their lifespans because they're humans and their lifespans are shorter. Cortina not wanting to lose more people she cares about since she's heavily affected by Reid's death. Since the other members of the Six Heros are part of long-life races.

Nicole/Reid continues to keep their secret for years despite a number of incidences they get involved in. iirc i think a few more people find out and join the "keep the secret" group. And finally at the near end/ending of the WN. Nicole's parents find out she's Reid's reincarnation. Maria being slightly upset about this makes a condition for forgiving Reid. "I'll forgive you when you give me a grandchild."

It's Finia and Cortina. What exactly happens is hilarious due to the goddess giving Finia a sex change potion that at first Nicole thought she would use to change sex. But Cortina grabs the bottle and downs it and becomes a man. She apologizes to Finia about doing that but Finia actually has a second one, and she downs that one before Nicole could even realize. So male Finia and male Cortina are determined to work hard at producing a grandchild. Nicole/Reid basically gets uh...screwed.

In some stories past life experience explained away as "distant memories of another person" but in this series she was immediately aware of the reincarnation and even refused to breastfeed.
