So this chapter basically confirms that Finne's like the adorable little sister that Lise has always wanted, but never had.

Yes, that is taking into account that Lise already has three younger sisters. But unlike those three, Finne actually enjoys spending time with Lise and learning from her. No wonder Lise is so deredere for her.
