it seems as tho ange/gena contain within them two different personalities, ie ange and gena, who are able to control the body depending on context. these personalities do not disappear when the context changes, as gena says she'll still exist below the surface within them, but, rather, change who's in control. they are, effectively, two different people who share one body, one set of memories, only one of whom can be in control at a time.So not gonna explain what is the change personal even is ?
You have NO IDEA how seen the whole Gena stuff made me/us feel 😭we appreciate the story for emphasizing the reality of headmates and that, just because gena is no longer in the front, this doesn't mean she no longer exists.
It's nice to see this, considering the turmoil surrounding a certain anime that's going around the internet these dayswe appreciate the story for emphasizing the reality of headmates and that, just because gena is no longer in the front, this doesn't mean she no longer exists.
Just had to Google "headmates" and it's the goofiest Tumblr nonsense I've seen in a while. Incredible times we live inwe appreciate the story for emphasizing the reality of headmates and that, just because gena is no longer in the front, this doesn't mean she no longer exists.
Seems unlikely, as I'm convinced that Ange/Gena are just the combat/infiltration modes (respectively) of the same unit - with Ange's personality having developed due to the unit being stuck in combat mode for so long that learning non-combat matters became necessary for survival.Making a guess here, they might put Gena into that other electric doll at the end of this arc.
