Three things feel wrong in this chapter:
- Juvia's chest on the last panel
- What
@NeroPR said about Romeo
- Why did the "White Mage" punish Mira? I know she didn't bring them all here unlike what she was told to do, but isn't that the best she could do considering Juvia has told them about the threat that lies above FT? If Mira (as the old man) asked about Gray and Wendy it would immediately raise suspicion from her guests and get them to go "How do you know about them?" then "Nah, we aren't following you"; if that happened, she would have deserved punishment.
Now, my expectations for the next chapter:
- The group that went exploring the city are trying to reach their main enemy by using their magic, but it becomes obvious for them that they have to hurt their comrades to reach the "White Mage"; Natsu eventually manages to get to her, unfortunately she uses Levy (on her 2nd month) as a shield, and he stops in his track when his group learns of her current condition.
- Shortly after, non-offensive restraining magic such as Freed's makes them unable to evade the enemy's terrifying ability (the one that got all their friends on her side).
- Back on Ishgar, Sting, after going to the other guilds and with the information Kagura got from Jellal, gathers a small group of 2 per guild (BP, ST, MH, QC, LS) who meet Gildarts by pure chance (thank you, plot device). As he joins their party, the plot also helps them consider going to Giltina using Pegasus' flying ship.
