Those are just speculations, we don't actually know which timey wimey tropes are at play here. In the first place, maintaining awareness itself is something actively defying causality, so the world is interfering in at LEAST 2 different ways from time travel tropes.
this is one of the big discoveries in the story, it's confirmed that the event of the fat Elrise does exist and both Planet Fiori and Earth exist but the distance was so large that by the time Propheter saw them, the timeline was already changed by the died of Niito (Elrise's former body)
so, which event happened first? Niito died? Elrise regain memories? Who is the author who knows the story of Fiori? let's see
contain heavy spoilers, so I will add another spoiler mask
first, the event in Fiori has already happened, in other words, the story of Fiori is already finished, because Propheter was reborn as an author of "Eternal Scattering Flower" and her soul was completely transferred from Fiori to Earth, which is why her death did not cause the timeline breach like Niito
so, why Elrise from the past of Fiori gone to Earth supposed to be the future? no clear answer, I mean there are many possibilities, for example, the timeline was aligning so that these two world's times weren't too far apart or Elrise's soul simply went to the future, or the timeline that her original soul resigned to retrieve it
and why I'm sure there's an alternative timeline? in the last main chapter of WN, there is author notes that Fiori A (original timeline) regrets that the world is doomed

at least the author confirms that there is indeed a separate timelineThose are just speculations, we don't actually know which timey wimey tropes are at play here. Did the WN mention anything of True Elrise's fate after she was replaced by Niito Elrise?

ah, I think you need to understand that in this timeline there's no 'True Elrise' because from the beginning it was Niito, well, the manga version didn't explain it, but in WN, we got a clue during the ball that this timeline's Elrise is Niito before she regains her memory at 5
I mean I already wrote the full context of them in the previous chapter, which was hella long, so I didn't want to write it again hereThen everything you mentioned in your question and speculations earlier can be answered by chapter 72-73 of the WN.
this one is the reason why I love this WN, it's not just the cliche 'okay: you're reincarnating into another world, don't give a damn about the previous world anymore and do your thing' but actually has a deep connection to the previous world and explain how the event unfold because of the mc reincarnated in this world
Chapter 72-73 of the WN fully explains the timeline thing.

"The greatest difference between Scenario A and Scenario B is Elrise. My thought is that the world where you see Scenario A might really exist somewhere out there. Let’s call the worlds where things went according to Scenario A Fiore A and Earth A. We’ll call the time I spent in another world and the current world we live in as Fiore B and Earth B.”
“In this Fiore A, there is another me from my past life who is not me. This version of me obviously had seen “Scenario A” as that was what happened there. Then … I reincarnated to this point.”
“Here ‘I’ wrote ‘Kuon no Sanka’ according to what I had seen before. It became the ‘Scenario A of Kuon no Sanka’ that both of you are aware of… this is just imagination, but I think for some reason, Elrise managed to observe scenario A. In fact, her actions were sometimes done as if she knew what awaited although she shouldn’t have known it by then.”
“Because of Elrise’s actions, it seems that reality branched, so “Fiore B’ was born. Then, just like before, my past self from “Fiore B” was reincarnated and became the version of me on Earth B who wrote about Fiore.”

Honestly, whatever the author smoked, I need that. Probably some Grade A+ bong because I don't think any sane person would've introduced a f*cking paradox into their novel, let alone a novel where magic and reincarnation is a common trope.
