Whats this Acala thing? The word the editorial in the US took for something we saw in previous chapters, same as with all those other changes in the last few chapters?

"letting yourself get beat up is the same as giving up" this is something more shonen protagonist need to hear hehe, like, not giving up when you can't win doesn't mean you're brave, they're just lucky to live in a world where fatal injuries get healed the next day because plot armor, in reality you're just a fool getting injured idiotically.

I thought he would go a hit Tamaki too to see if she can train her too and to push the others to get more aggressive.

@SoJammy read again what i wrote, please. I was talking about this manga, as it seems the word has appeared out of nowhere on the last few chapters.

More like Preacher/Evangelist kind of switch, because i do not remember seeing the word Acala before in this manga neither an explanation of what it is, hence my guess it could be something like that.

Nah @Abetillo, it's something that's only been brought up by Ohkubo in the last couple chapters; not a term change or anything. The wikipedia article (or wherever if you look in the right place) details exactly what Acala is, andonce you do some research on it, this chapter's theme starts to make more sense, so I definitely advise doing so

Then they should be terms that the japanese know or simply as they are buddist words something that can be found easily by them or simply that sounds exotic while close, like those histories that use occidental words.

@Abetillo Acala is a famous god of war, he is also being used in the new Kishimoto manga, and doesn't really needs an introduction.

Yeah, i know. It is one of the possibilities i outlined before.

@AngleBoi7 I never ever mentioned Adora, so what you say makes no sense.

@Abetillo, point being the Acala thing isn't a term switch like Preacher/Evangelist or Adora/Adola... and it's a manga originally written in the Japanese language, by a Japanese, living in Japan, so of course there will be lots of Japanese culture references, and references to mainstream religions and myths of Asia.

Kinda, might have been nice to have some translator notes or something.
