It was about this dude (scumbag) who got a special power to kill people by pointing his fingers at someone in the shape of a gun and saying bang or something like that. Turns out it was a huge fat lie as the people he supposedly "killed" were in fact transported and chosen for some type of Noah's Ark project by God. If you know the one i'm talking about please let me know.

here's one, but doesn't sound quite like it. Was it recent? I read a few chapters of one where the guy points his finger and kills someone. Later he has to shoot his girlfriend, same thing. Someone or something appears and starts to push the guy to do this. If I remember right
