The submit buttons in comment forms on profile posts pages (as in /members/) do nothing, both in the /add-comment and /edit forms.
Using .click() on the button doesn't work either, but using .submit() on the form does
  • Browser: Chrome Android 124 (actually Kiwi)

PS: Actually the submit button in this form I'm currently writing this in doesn't work either...

Can you try it on firefox mobile real quick (preferably with and without adblock?)
Some android phones have trouble using UI elements of various apps/embedded html pages too when the screen res and/or aspect ratio is a bit old.

Works perfectly on FF v68 (August 2020), so seems like a new issue rather than old

Btw disabling all extensions in Kiwi didn't help, I could update real Chrome and try there but I doubt that's the issue

Just as an FYI Chrome 124 was released almost a year ago and Kiwi is no longer being maintained as of this month, so I doubt there will be any effort into seeing if this is a MD specific issue or something with XenForo.

Please stop. For your safety on the net do not use browsers that are that old.

Yeah I suppose it's not the most recent version anymore, but 1 year is still within normal browser target range (2.5 years).
It could just be a bug in my browser but I've never encountered it anywhere else, though if it was common someone else would have complained here already.

I have been trying to switch for 5 years now, but as you can see it's not easy... (but I only use it as backup now)
