Actually depending on the country the Airgun may or may not have the orange tip. Also it is possible to order them online. At least that's how it is in my country, not sure about japan though

AFAIK orange-tipped airguns/pellet guns are only for US sales. For every other country there's no requirement for them. Here in the Philippines I can buy a pellet gun that looks identical to the real thing.
