It was clear that if we left the fledgling in the yard, it stood no chance of surviving until spring. So, I suggested we take it inside, place it on the shelf by the window, and asked the adults to fashion a cage for it. We decided that when it regained its strength enough to spread its wings, we would release it back into the wild. The tragic part — something that we'd never considered — was that this bird's fate had already been determined long before this moment... Its destiny was determined by our momentary whim. Now, I pass the power of choice to you all. Faced with this situation, what choice would you make? Stick to the original plan, and build a nest with soft net where the Charmony Dove fell? Or build a cage for it, and feed it, giving it the utmost care from within the warmth of a home? I eagerly await your answer.

To be honest, I'd be worried fucking sick about my wife too, knowing I'm living in paradise and there's a Demon Lord army rampaging everywhere that takes slaves in best case scenario.
Raul can't judge every city or village at the same time it seems, so her whereabouts aren't clear obviously.

Raul seen that even pure people were worried about even those with tainted hearts now, even risking their lives to save them as they were executed in flames right before their eyes and powerless to do anything.

I really want to know how or what is a "tainted" soul... here he seems like a troublemaker but that is it... you could argue that he may be the spark for others to fall, but still, then is he going to banish the children that have no dad and mom?

I like the concept that the author is traying to make... but in the end all utopias fall on their own weight... either make a bunch of mindless cattle that exist for the sole purpose of existing, or create something that will last a while until one too many humans want the things the leader does not approved...

The author could do a very complicated thing by exploring human desire and how it is created, "freedom" and what it means... the type of human that would accept this is probably not the type of human that Raul ultimately may want, would his loved ones endure this "paradise"?... that would be the question that i would like a god to ask him

I... I really did not think of that, but this is that type of manga so is not outside of possibilities... also an easier way to explain "tainting", like "yep you can not like this place or have an idea different from my own... but THAT, that is a no no"
