i hope he ditches japan and gets the america Citizenship and protection. Because fck them, they let their own fellow citizens to die,wanted to pretent that nothing happen and now that someone from the island has abilities suddenly they want to help.

But... how come the other IAS he beat didn't keep regenerating with each bit and peice of flesh becoming its own lil IAS? i was sure he was going to eat the bigger one and integrate it into his body as a way to defeat and counter the regeneration

It must be the case that at a certain scale, the IAS convert from "many-in-one" (with the obvious external bodies that aren't fully absorbed) into a "One-Of-Many", where they're a single organism like what we saw here. It was just consuming them for biomass and mental processing power, judging by the memories they were exchanging as they fought. While this obviously increases combat potential, it seems to decrease the ability to divide. I doubt gigantis scale IAS can infect other life unless a glob touches it or something.

The real question is, did NOBODY try to use cold temps or high pressure water before the accidental discovery in the airport? That feels extremely unlikely to me.

why there are still civilians standing that close to the battle lol. even if they decided to stand and watch, you should at least stay far away.
