Lazy devs leave mechanisms like that in cheaper games. Better games even incorporate structural integrity dictating how high you can build with different materials, until it simply won't anymore work. If you destroy too many underlying blocks, the result won't be pretty for the parts above.

It's actually less of a "cheaper games" thing and more just a choice. There's a lot of mods that allow you to customize gravity in minecraft(i don't mean just making them sand) and they don't affect performance that much, but it's not added to vanilla just to let people build without worry. The same reason it's like that in terraria and lots of other games.

When will he get strong? Because by the logic of his power, he should be as strong as Steve so he could defeat anyone in that world. Heck he could dominate anyone.

If you're talking about the Steve's calculated strength due to the maximum weight he can "carry" in his inventory.. that's irrelevant since the inventory is merely a game feature that defies common sense for the sake of convenience. Same thing in this manga as it's portrayed like Doraemon's pocket, but far more convenient.

Though, still agreed that he could become the strongest in the world.. especially since unlike Minecraft, that one chapter shower he had additionally "skills" he can upgrade to make himself stronger so he isn't a glass cannon forever. Though, for now, he's still just your ordinary guy gamer.

Would actually love to see this series have a major villain that is a fellow isekai'd human like Kousuke.. but with overpowered equipment, "redstone" machines, and strength. Also able to fight with Minecraft-like PVP skills (potions, ender pearls, obsidian & end crystals, etc.) that take advantage of the nonsensical game mechanics. Would be very interesting to see, as the current big bag (human kingdom) is rather a boring premise as a main antagonist alone.

Kind of like the current main antagonist from Skeleton Knight in Another World manga.

So are all the things he creates immovable objects? Or is it just the blocks?

Instead of the sky base—craft a gun first.
