With the current situation, Utena bumping into Sayo's temple is a very interesting development. I do wonder if this might lead into some identities being exposed, but I think it's unlikely. That said, whatever happens is probably going to be the foothold for Utena to get her bearings back if I had to guess, so I'm curious how it'll go. It would be a little ironic (in a wholesome way) if Sayo was the one to give Utena the drive to pick herself back up, since it's the inverse of what happened all the way back in the early chapters.
