Alright, I wasn't expecting this Manga to be willing to go so hard.
Given how her Healing Magic was explained, she's not regrowing that thing, so it'll be very interesting to see where they go from here...
Almelia feeling extremely guilty.
The prince facing that he almost killed his fiance, and she's only alive because her trusted Maid sacrificed a Hand to save her.
Estelle welcoming them back and finding out that she lost her hand.
And, of course, how this girl will be dealing with stuff with one less Hand, which is kind of important to have when you do the manual labor of a Maid.

I hope they don't drop the "Missing Hand" thing quickly like so many other stories would, this can give a LOT of content.

All the potential jokes about one hand/no hand aside.

This can be a useful incident for Amelia.
Serina 'sacrificed' herself to protect Amelia can be used for many things.
To shut down her pessimistic self.
To openly protect/favor Serina (after all what kind of 'proud noble' would not return a life debt)

She even gain a plausible excuse to break off engagement with the prince since he literally almost killed her in his PTSD panic.
And the prince would not have room to argue back when there's actual victim to his blunder.

Honestly I think Amelia is going to spiral even more since Serina's injury was caused by her 'failure' to defend herself.

I really am curious about what the price will do because from what last panel it seems he knows/realized this was his fault.

She lost her hand. This is something she can't laugh off or act like it isn't a big deal. This is going to change everything for everyone.

My prediction is that since these otome isekai usually have a heroine character with cheat light magic / healing shit , heroine will help gyaru mc get her hand back , but not before the villainess swallow her pride ,be honest and ask heroine for help (which heroine gonna do anyway because she consider them her friends now).
The prince will probably become an ally since he needs to take responsibility some how for this incident.
