Imagine being injured trying to protect the girl you like and receiving insults as reward.
At least he gets insults. Most guys get socially ghosted immediately or soon after.

Why are people so hang up this isnt some incel revenge fantasy? There are plently of those already and there is nothing wrong with then but complaining this aint one after so long have grown tiresome, its never going to change ... why dont drop it? I dropped series before instead of going into comments every chapter about the series not being what I wanted for it to be, I rarely comment about even dropping a series and kinda needs to do something rather annoying for me to do that.
People don’t seem to understand that this manga fits into a certain niche, where it has degenerate elements such as voyeur/exhib, blackmail, and femdom, but also manages to be a somewhat fluffy romcom, where there isn’t tragedy and constant drama, and there aren’t big, ever-present love triangles, and it often makes the readers’ heart go doki doki. It does this while managing to have great art and writing that’s at least interesting enough to keep the readers engaged and feel the feelings they’re meant to feel chapter after chapter. That’s not to say it’s flawless or above criticism, but this niche is perfect for me and the fanservice is fantastic. I rate this manga pretty highly.

Wrong person quoted. That was a great way to describe this manga nonetheless.

Its a shame that such art wasted on a story like this. Just draw dom hentai and done with it.

The previous 40+ chapters should have made it very obvious that it was in our MCs head. We aren't Shirota and shouldn't share in his delusions. This was not something to take seriously and was clearly a misunderstanding and I said as much last chapter. I agree that it's not great to use a fake forced sexual encounter but there was no reason to believe it would actually lead to something. This isn't that kind of manga and has never been.

The part about the guy being a catalyst for Takamine and our MC to express their care for each other was also clearly the point. I feel like some people are taking this manga too seriously. It's a light hearted, romantic comedy manga with some smut. Takamine's gap between extreme tsundereness and care for our MC is part of the joke and the charm. If someone isn't into that, then that's fine. As the author said, at times it'll get moderately serious but it's always defaulting to fun and romance.
My point was that was a stretch to turn it as a complete misunderstanding because Shirota was 100% right to step in. I'd say even Akimishi admitted that what he wanted to do was wrong. Shirota's imagination went too far, but the plan was still not okay.

Akimishi was planning to drive at night to the house of teenage girl, when she was alone. Girl that had already rejecting him several times. This is not outright criminal but this is not okay. You don't do that. Heck, I don't even think it's appropriate to show up unannounced to a friend's house, so not this.

Opening the door, Takemine could and should have rightfully said to him "Wtf are you doing here? This is not my full-time job to say 'No' to you. This is a full-ass sentence and my final word. Fuck off. If I ever see you in my street, I'll call the cops and get a restraining order."

I certainly don't expect any fiction, let alone an ecchi manga to have a perfectly moral message, but that's why it's important to get real sometimes in the discussions around it. I think the author did an alright job, and this incident led to progress, so I'm happy and Shinzo is happy. (Hell, it even showed that Takemine could not only count on Shirota but Emi too, who was a great friend for both here. Not only romance advanced, but friendships. Shirota and Akimishi might even become friendly over this, who knows)

But just like we shouldn't have taken Shirota's delusions without a grain of salt, we shouldn't totally believe that Takemine found Shirota ridiculous here. He wasn't. He was right to step in and tell Akimishi to leave her alone.

That clueless MC usually pisses me off but for once, he was alright.

It has nice art and fanservice, I consume the manga that way, since the author went with romcom despite chapter 1.

If this manga was serious, then Shirota should have been traumatized by what FMC did. Make no mistake, FMC is abhorrent narcissist who didn't hesitate to ruin Shirota because she has use for him to her benefit, her a superior being and him something of a commoner compared to her. You are not a good person if the action you take after being refused is to somehow trap someone into accepting your deal. I don't know why people can't appreciate the dire situation Shirota lived through, people just dismiss it being the manga is nothing more than a light romcom.

Who is this aimed for? I'm not asking for revenge crap. The only thing I deplore is the author could have some good psychology manga with the way he did chapter 1 (like how Shirota is gonna live with being a slave to a psychotic girl), but he went with romcom instead, so romcom is what we get.
No, no, buddy. I usually don't mind much people still hang up on chapter 1. I'm glad that more and more people take rape accusations seriously, so it's fair to me that people are also enraged at false accusations in an attempt to ruin the life of an innocent man.

But that's still no excuse to misread the situation and dismiss Takemine's point of view. I've re-read a few chapters from the beginning, and what I had forgotten with the manga being dropped for so long is that Takemine and Shirota are childhood friends. She had a crush on him since and she was fuming that Shirota didn't recognize her/had forgotten her. She was fuming that stumbling upon her naked, learning about the OP power she has for some reason, he wasn't interested. Or worse, that he didn't allow himself to get closer to her because of his self-deprecating nature.

That's the flaw she's weirdly enough trying to break by indulging it to the fullest by pretending to treat him daily like a subhuman, while also supporting his growth (leading him to go for a great university).

Genuinely, looking at Takemine, I get why she was and is often mad at him. Is he stupid? She's hot and likes him, he likes her: why is he hesitating? Why does he lack MOTIVATION???

So yes. He's so thick-headed she had to 'trap' him into having to see her pretty much naked every day. Boo fucking hoo.

We all had expected it and somebody already pointed out there would be a very dumb reason behind this, but it still somehow went dumber than I expected. Though, I suppose this whole manga was dumb and meant to be dumb in the first place.

I'm hoping the author throws a twist ending. MC realizes he loves Takamine but that he can't have a relationship with her based on how it started and all the abuse he's taken. Now strengthened by the process about his self worth he finds a new girl maybe with Eri's help. Takamine heartbroken tries to turn back time but her powers don't work. Or she does but MC realizes what she's done and hates her for ruining his happiness.
