I enjoy beer from the get go. of course, i started with craft beer and kinda stayed there.

One of my uncles lives elsewhere and we only see him on holidays sometimes, when I became of age he happened to bring some good whiskey home with him and that was among the things my family crowded around to make me try (they're about as bad as the Japanese social drinkers to be honest). The whiskey he brought along was by far the favorite of the contenders, which mostly included cheap beers and some really bad vodka my dad seems to prefer for some reason. Maybe someday I'll try out some better beer, but even with liking decent whiskey and such I'm not much of a drinker either way. Not exactly putting "good beer" in a place of priority on my bucket list or anything.

I acted as if I were fine with beer when I first tried it (which was completely pointless cause the 5 year older friend who sat next to me didn't even like it), over time I sneakily added limo to make it go down easier.

I rarely drink. Usually only wine. Not expensive wines, but table wines. They are wines created by Italian immigrants in Brazil made of common grapes and not grapes suitable for wine. I pay a maximum of 5 dollars a bottle of 900ml.
