The mangaka failed to portray the way in which Kent went overboard healing Beatrice it's looking like, so the Light Novel probably kept that part.

Now for changes:

• It's nice that Celia is being more developed than in WN, she had some untapped potential. Celia's mother was basically their world's Cinderella; Camilla's mother hates commoners, and bullied Celia and her mother. The maid hadn't been flipped. Kent and Yuika were also more intimate in WN.
• Other than that, Kent didn't give out care packages to the students in WN. They would have surely aroused suspicion. But he did do something like that in a later situation.

The whole "Hero" and "Saint" thing is basically Camilla playing dollhouse with her slaves, and she can have such an impact doing so because of royal authority. This is similar to how Kent pretends Amanda is his mother, Meisa his sister, Dino (from the plantation) is his grandfather, etc.

The plans of the four arguing hinge on Camilla herself being convinced.

Next chapter is something many of us have been anticipating....

Kent had to time his meetings with Yuika to be when the maid was away, because the maid was 100% loyal to Camilla. She spied on Yuika through peepholes. After the rescue, she's never shown again, and unnamed maids attend to Camilla.
