@ninjadork Demon sect doesn't seem like the type to allow an orthodox apprentice to join up. Also remember the excuse they used to kill the spear master was that he was supposedly training in the demonic arts. While the masters may have know that was a lie, the apprentices are likely in the dark, which makes it even more unlikely that she would join a sect that practices the demonic arts. Even the MC who is part of the demonic sect in this life refuses to study demonic arts and is instead integrating a demonic art with an orthodox one to keep the balance in his body.

I'd double check, but it looks like the first seven chapters were pulled off of the site.

@degenerateafro If the Discount Roshi gets around to wrecking his student, it's darn near guaranteed she'll accept the offer to join the demonic sect if it's given. And the MC is likely to offer, since he knows full well just how much it sucks to be betrayed by someone you trusted.

Given that the Demonic Sect is all about power, they'll definitely accept her on at least a trial basis, if only for the information she has to offer. Their split with the orthodox sects is more about philosophy and what they're willing to tolerate than which arts they use, though there is a fair bit of overlap.

And keep in mind that the MC rejected the orthodox cultivation arts as well for being too slow.
