Okay that “lord” keeps coming up whenever a bad decision is made or people act shitty. This is clearly a very corrupt governing system and society. Can’t wait for it to be toppled, but I feel like between that and the MC’s growth rate I’ll be 50 chapters in before anything of note changes. Too bad they can’t realize on their own that social class systems, heavy taxes (60% of crops what the hell?), and government corruption (especially when stupid decisions nearly lead to the death of a village’s best hunter) greatly impedes economic growth and development. Here’s to hoping the citizens get tired of this and topple the government soon. My payoff for reading will now be to see the pretentious asshole dick knights from ch 1 and this “lord” kill themselves (or just die/get killed). But I really hope this isn’t as slow and long walk it feels like its gonna be.

i just realized that a story with a plot where there's a "hell mode" isn't exactly a "hell mode" if there's a ton of timeskips, which kind of makes the story the same thing as any other similar story out there without the "hell mode". it might be more interesting if they could show the struggles of the mc being way underleveled, but currently it still seems like he's kinda powerful already.

@TNT261 rebellions were actually pretty rare and most were on small scale. the people just thought this is how it is and they need to get by somehow. if the lord asked for 30 or more or something else it might be enough to push them to the edge but getting all of the villages to work together would take a lot of work. not that its going to matter since the mc is op as f so hes going to solve everything.

@hotdogisasandwich I think that if he goes to hunt some boars by himself, using the taunting summon and the other strong ones to do the job, he can kill an enoumous amount of enemies very quickly. Thats what I would do anyway, then sell off the materials, keep the magic stones (and some meat ofc) and move to the next monster after accumulating more summons.
