Ain't arabic. It's urdu. You can detect if it's not arabic by those letters that have the 3 dots (there's like 3 to 5 of them total in every language that derived their letters from arabic) which are pronounciations that are not in arabic. Urdu, Persian, and Jawi are examples of language that derives their letters from arabic and they all have these addition to the pronounciations.
