These are scans I found of the old Viz release in comic book format, for some reason they replaced the Horobi logo and for some reason added some fake chapter number, the "OMEN #" and various other "[WORD] #" are the real chapter numbers.

Is there more to it? Judging by the page saying "to be continued", and info on mangadex about 2 volumes (mangaupdates says 5)
