But if they went this far in just the first chapter then I think it will be difficult to gradually build up. The most plausible thing irl at this point would be for them to become a couple within the first volume. But obviously that can't happen since it would resolve the main source of drama. But if the author keeps putting them in more and more erotic situations without them becoming a couple then that would also feel frustrating and fake.
You'd need quite a skilled writer who can meander and stall the story and character development without it feeling like he's stalling or who can come up with such crazy and funny erotic slapstick situations that you don't care how it's implausible that they don't just become bf and gf , like Akira Hiramoto's prison school

MC feels a lot like Master from Sasha-chan, but the subject(Natsume) is the complete opposite of promiscuousness, with a Nana to Kaoru type of premise(someone very knowledgeable leading someone completely inexperienced). Feels like it'll be harder to maintain the boundaries of lust if she showed her chest so soon, but I get the author probably wanted to drop a sexual hook in the first chapter .
