Urasekai picnic (Surviving/exploring using skills/tools)
Michibiku isekai (surviving/exploring while understanding the laws/society)

That centaur manga (exploring/explaining their society and laws)

It doesn't have to be exactly like those i mentioned.

The only manga I can recommend you that has good world building is Youjo Senki, although it's an isekai with an overpowered protagonist. Pretty good manga set during a war with fantastical elements.

The only manga I can recommend you that has good world building is Youjo Senki, although it's an isekai with an overpowered protagonist. Pretty good manga set during a war with fantastical elements.

I don't really mind about isekais with OP MC, as long as that ain't the focus of the whole series. Michibiku Isekai for instance, we all know the MC could beat everyone with his eyes closed (and he DOES exactly that on the novel, lol) but yet, the manga doesn't focus on him and his power, instead we get a good world building with great interaction between the various characters.
