Oh no a while back I tried an oversized sweater with skinny jeans and thought it looked a little awkward :( I guess I should go for something less tight then.

I tried some oversized sweaters since they're in style now, but they really didn't suit me. They made me look very square and like I just rolled out of bed. They are super comfy though.

Three quarter sleeves are awful. It feels like your shirt is too small and too big at the same time.

@Seito We're 20+ chapters behind, so we pushed this out ASAP. If we make good progress, we'll probably translate the remaining notes all together -- the newer raws don't have any notes though.

@Xitel I think the look's more common in Asia, but the sleeves can be handy in fall temps or indoors. Either way stands out lol

@nekotoallergy I disagree, in my opinion the only way it stands out is by looking like you've got a shirt that doesn't fit right. And it's MUCH more handy to simply wear layers in fall temperatures, with a light jacket over a t-shirt, plus it gives you more options for customizing your look (not that I really know anything about fashion, personally). And in my experience having to wear them as a work uniform for several months, they just feel awful to wear. You constantly get the sensation that they're riding up your arm.

@nekotoallergy ah thanks for your work. So the notes were removed by the author in the newer release, I just thought that's what happen in this chapter. hahaha

@Seito, @nekotoallergy -- Small clarification, the new raws we acquired are straight from web manga which doesn't include the MB notes. We still have the raw volumes that does include them, but the quality of the chapters aren't as good unfortunately.

@Xitel Honestly, I feel like you're right. A lot of fashion choices aren't practical for everyone, and sometimes they aren't practical in general. Dressing to stand out as opposed to dressing to be comfortable and look good by most peoples' standards are different, and I feel like this manga and MB's advice are basically just opinions when you get down to it.

The best rule of fashion is just to do what works for you and your environment, and the most important adage to remember (imo) is "No shoes, no shirt, no service." with the caveat that those signs also assume you're already wearing bottoms like pants.

Plus, depending on where you live, dressing to be nondescript and blend in may be the safest thing to do. Making yourself stand out might make you a target of theft or violence, especially if you live in an area where there are a lot of prejudices, and you're a minority. And despite stereotypes to the contrary, anyone can be a minority, you just have to go live in a place where people like you are a small proportion of the population.
