I guess you can make plastic surgery look less unnatural if you've got Chinese magic, but how he actually got the practice in is a mystery. I mean, you're literally taking a tiny sterile hammer and chisel at the bones sometimes to make millimeter-wide changes, so I'm not buying the "it's cultivation, I ain't gotta explain shit" excuse.

If this is less misogynistic I would actually love it. The twists are good, there is actual explanation/lead up to the "plot armour", and the MC is very intelligent. Speaking of which, he's skilled in what seems to be all instruments, can compose within a single day, and has near-perfect memory of literature. I dabble in that stuff, and being given a month, I wouldn't achieve what he achieves even for just one single category. If his personality was just a little more lovely I too would love him. On the other hand, he's perfectly justified and intelligent for doing this; the whole point of objectifying and demeaning the women around him is more a self-defense so far in my opinion, the women he respects are few but do exist, while the women he calls bitches do indeed need that title (I mean, they're literally seducing him, AND if they're successful, he will be reduced to a mentally impaired slave. He's backed to a corner, relationship-wise.)

Speaking of which, surgery (especially plastic surgery) requires a metric ton of experience, not just talent. This guy was massively skilled and probably an obsessive learner in his past life, and there is no way he didn't suffer in his past life with that kind of passionate learner's mindset. MC might actually deserve the kind of happy life he has now.
