Is there any group interested in continuing translating this manga?
The raws are already at chapter 26 after all.

PS: If anyone knows Japanese and is interested in continuing this manga, I can do the CL/RD :)

I don't think anyone would be too willing since there's already an official English translation

Seemed interesting to start, but the game mechanics that keep getting brought up are just so godawful it breaks my immersion.

Her anger at her current lodgings being called "poor" (as in the sense of, "Not suitable for one of your stature.") is due to her grandson implying that that inn - with all her traveling companions as well as a lively, lighthearted atmosphere - was somehow sub-standard and needed to be changed. By striving to get in his grandma's good graces, he unintentionally "dissed" her friends. Now I can't really fault the grandson because by all accounts his grandma was a very demanding person prior to the protagonist's arrival in her body and probably would have been the type to demand only the best in lodgings when away from home.

You too? I could have sworn I had already read a number of chapters already (which is why I was interested in the anime), but a chapter released today and I see that not only is the series not in my reading list, but none of the chapters show as read.

I just wanna say thanks to whoever is translating this. I loved that anime, but there were so few chapters here when I came after finishing it. It may be coming slowly, but thank you!

Definitely watch the anime. It covers more than the current 18 chapters, and fixes some minor things to make more sense.

The world building is incredibly inconsistent to a point that it makes this unenjoyable for me.

In the first chapter, she cries over basic stew because she hasn't tasted good food in so long because she's been in the hospital, so presumably food in the vrmmo didn't have taste, yet in a later chapter her personal ai reminds her of the taste of something from the game that she actively played while in the hospital.

She gives away a potion crafted using ancient crafting methods, and the warrior she gives it to comments that it should be expensive without knowing it was crafted in a special way. It is later shown to be appraised for one silver piece. A few chapters later she takes an adventurer request for a generic healing potion and the reward is 2 silver, twice that of an appraised artifact.

The prince has no idea what summoning magic is and claims she is making things up despite her summoning things around people all the time and then not reacting with "what the fuck is that how did you do that."

People assume she is a child constantly based on her looks despite her being a high elf and not looking especially younger than elves introduced. It'd make sense if it was only in the sticks where they've never met an elf but this even happens in places full of elves!

She doesn't have any qualms about actually killing people when conflict arises despite her being a sheltered rich girl who spent her time relying on the kindness of others in a hospital for her entire life previously.

She has no idea where the towers are (including her own!) despite them being some of the most important areas in the game.

She flat out doesn't remember her son exists at the start despite creating the NPC and putting it in the foster system, and it becoming one of the most prominent NPCs in the game before shutdown.

The constant internal inconsistencies make the world feel vapid and shallow, like it only exists to service whatever the author most recently wants to do. It's a shame because the characters and art are very charming and make me want to like the series.
