if you mean by the Image Quality , its because the Official Image Quality from the Official website is small .. its resized so that it can be view little bit larger , but day after day its just getting smaller there in the official release

Well, there's nothing much to say about the source of the size, except that maybe the translator should try waifu2x.

Also, please, do the resizing after cleaning, but before lettering, that's why the letters look blurry, and not crisp and readable
